So what do people think will be this season's most impactful movie? It wasn't Sasha's Borat sequel Bruno? Perhaps 'Transformers 2'? Star Trek? The Hangover? Or perhaps an unexpected sleeper? Certainly Harry Potter will do the biz, but what will leave the biggest impression? Let's all feel free to discuss the ups and downs of the movies here.

Anybody see Ugly Truth? I loved it!

I had high expectations but I found it to be fairly predictable when it was all said and done. You liked it? really?

"The Hangover" was funny and well paced, but awfully contrived (could all that ever really happen - doubtful.) It was like Entourage in Vegas but with a much darker angle.

As far as 'The Ugly Truth' I wuld have to say it's pretty surfacy. A simple plot meant for date night and little more.

Well, yeah... Quentin Tarantino is a GENIUS! From Reservoir Dogs to Kill Bill. I even liked that double bill with Grindhouse and Death Proof (it's long though when you also factor in the Rob Zombie - and others - 'previews' in the middle.) And don't forget about the masterpiece of them all - Pulp Fiction. I'm sure this new one is gonna be good. Should see it this week.
